We set out to change how dog grooming feels. Dogs roam the room instead of waiting in a kennel, nobody is forced through a step they are scared of, and nobody stays all day. Scared dogs turn into dogs that trot in.
We read body language and slow down instead of pushing through. A nervous dog gets breaks, treats and a quieter pace, not a firmer grip.
No kennels unless we absolutely have to. Dogs wait loose in the room with us, on the floor, on the pouf, wherever they settle.
Drop-off blocks start at 8:00 and the last one is 2:30, and we text the moment your dog is ready. Size and coat decide the time, and we tell you up front.
